LEIF HANSEN

Leif Hansen has been tattooing since 2009 and is the owner of Great Wolf Tattoo. His journey started in Florida where he studied the art of American traditional tattooing. He enjoys working in all styles, most notably, Traditional Japanese, American traditional and illustrative.

When crafting a custom tattoo, he puts a distinct intention on composition and flow with the body. He is known for his visually striking large scale works that walk in the line from timeless to modern day aesthetics. Most of his tattooing is drawn on freehand, through this process he is better able to fit the tattoo to the body. This adds an artistic touch only achievable by drawing directly on the skin, injecting the tattoo with irreplaceable energy. This makes every tattoo unique and authentic while holding the understanding of the old masters.
